Telephone two

W obronie krzyża

Lamo kochana,

Get in. - He repeated what Eleanor had told him. (to mówi szeryf do dozorcy)

- That's crazy. She's losing her marbles. You should have seen her drive out of
here. And look: the two of them left Lily's car just parked haphazardly.

She always drove lika a bat. You know she is sharp as a razorback hog".

Ralph parked behind Lily's car. Everything was exactly as Eleanor had described.

I może jeszcze wcześniejszy fragment, opisujący ten odjazd (oglądany oczyma
dozorcy).

He watched Eleanor tear up the path as she pressed the accelerator too quickly
and spun gravel behind her. The pair of them, he thought. One of them a speed
demon, the other old biddy will uproot a telephone pole one of these days - her
son ought to stop her from driving. (to właśnie o Eleonorze).

Dodam tylko, że mnie też coś tu nie pasuje... dlatego pytam. :-----------------)

Pozdrawiam
Lama

[SPAM]

Complaints about SPAM from "nob@club.worldonline.be" should be sent
- with the entire article - to An003@anon.fun.ee. When you respond
to Mr. Grosvenor's SPAM in this newsgroup, just CC a copy to that
address. It may help to get their attention, as they don't seem too
dedicated when it comes to keeping spammers off their remailer....

Regarding the spammer, who is qite likely Edmonton's William Grosvenor,
see
http://www.nizkor.org/ftp.cgi/people/g/grosvenor.william/background-g...

The "anonymous" William Grosvenor has at least two legitimate email
addresses, 21830@3web.net and intergr@grosvenor.net.

The vanity domain, intergr@grosvenor.net, which stays with him as
he gets kicked off serial providers, and his current local ISP address,
which is 21830@3web.net. 3Web.net is based in Calgary, Alberta.

It is likely that he is using anonymous remailers in a transparent
attempt to get around the fact that his SPAM is in violation of
3WEB.NET's terms of service, and, in some cases, probably in violation
of Canadian laws, as in subjection of identifiable groups to hatred,
advocating genocide, and defamatory libel. COMPLAINTS TO 3WEB.NET may
be worthwile in bringing this ongoing Grosvenor SPAM to an end. They
are aware of Grosvenor's track record with respect to abusing the net,
and would like to hear from anyone who wishes to complain.

3Web.net is owned and operated by Cybersurf Corporation. Their
corporate address is Suite 312, 1212 31 Avenue NE, Calgary, Alberta,
Canada T2E 7S8, and their telephone numbers are:

On Saturday, February 8, we are sponsoring an Art Workshop to create
large puppets and signs to deliver to deliver our message at the February
15 Rally. We are lucky to have so many talented and committed
professional artists among our community who will be coordinating this
workshop.
All are invited to participate. NO ARTISTIC EXPERIENCE OR TALENT IS
REQUIRED!! Children (at least 4 years old, please) are welcome with
parents’ supervision. It will be fun! We have invited the press, because
the opportunities for nice photos will abound. We hope that this press
coverage will increase the turnout on Feb. 15.

How can you participate? First, you can join us for a scheduled
two-hour shift: 11 am, 1 pm, or 3 pm) where you will create art. Second, you
can donate materials (or lend them to us) such as glue guns, glue,
staple guns, poster board, paint brushes, markers, acrylic paints, etc.
Third, you can volunteer to help organize the workshop, supervise the
children's area for a period of time, set up and/or clean up.

The Art Workshop will take place at the Brooklyn Society for Ethical
Culture, 53 Prospect Park West at 2nd Street, in Park Slope.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED, since the space is limited. Make your reservation
by
e-mail or call 718-624-5921, indicated which 2 hour workshop you want to
join, the ages of any children coming with you. Tell your friends,
bring them along. You don’t have to be a parent to be a Brooklyn Parent for
Peace. We are united by our concern for future generations.

If you can volunteer an hour or more of time to help in leafleting and
telephoning to spread the word about February 15, please contact us by
e-mail or telephone at 718-624-5921. We will be doing phone-banking on
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, Feb. 4,5,6 and 11,12,13, from 6 pm to
9 pm, and we particularly need volunteers for this.

Most important, commit to join us and to bring at least 2 friends on
February 15 at noon, to send the message that we oppose war against Iraq!
